1 Definitions & Interpretation

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

The following rules apply strictly:

• Any person under the age of 21 may not use this platform.
• Providing false information about age will result in the account being closed immediately, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
• ddt88 may request documents to verify age at any time and may suspend the account until verification is complete.
• Those for whom online gaming is legally prohibited in Bangladesh may also not use this platform.

7 Account Security

The responsibility for keeping your ddt88 account secure rests primarily with you. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• If you access your account from a public or shared computer, log out every time.

• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. ddt88 will not be liable for any unauthorised use by a third party.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means ("bonus abuse").
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or ddt88 staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's details.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ddt88 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit documents requested for identity verification within the specified time.
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Extended inactivity on an active account (more than 12 months).

Closing your account yourself: If you wish to close your account yourself, contact [email protected]. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled once the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

ddt88 is not liable for the following:

• Losses in a game caused by internet connection disruption or technical issues.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Service interruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government orders.
• Account damage resulting from the user's own negligence or unsafe behaviour.
• Any indirect loss occurring outside the scope of the approved services.

ddt88 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, continuity of service cannot always be guaranteed and temporary interruptions for maintenance may occur.
